She is well versed in European cuisine as well as in the local.
Every morning Kamala brings from the market fresh vegetables and delicious fruits.
The fishermen from the village bring every day fresh fish and seafood.
Kamala has a lot of fun by cooking the food together with her assistants, and she respond to the wishes of the guests.
Local guests love to serve themselves at the buffet, but guests from Europe love to be served.
And of course, we will serve authentic Ceylon black tea in the garden or where you wish to have one, the whole day long, free of charge and as much as you like.
